The Tenants & Leaseholders Panel is made up of tenants who represent various areas of the Bracknell Forest Homes, together with a tenant representing sheltered housing and two leaseholders who represent the views of leaseholders.
The Tenants & Leaseholders Panel meet every 4-6 weeks. The members of the Panel discuss and comment on all sorts of issues ranging from problems in their own areas to major government initiatives. The Tenants & Leaseholders Panel is chaired by a tenant and usually Officers of Bracknell Forest Homes and Elected Members (the Tenants & Leaseholders Champion) are invited to attend
Through the Tenants & Leaseholders Panel, tenants have a chance to influence decisions made by Bracknell Forest Homes about issues that affect their homes and communities.
We also welcome tenants and leaseholders from all sections of the community, at the moment younger people and people from Black and Minority Ethnic groups are under-represented on the Panel.
