Customer Involvement Group

The Customer Involvement Group consists of Tenants and Leaseholders who meet once or twice a month to discuss and decide on issues connected with the future development of Bracknell Forest Homes.

Some of the topics we have looked at so far include how Bracknell Forest Homes deals with properties when they become empty, and we are presently collating the new Tenants Handbook. Some of the Group were chosen to be on the Procurement Sub Group which choose the contractors for the improvements to the Bracknell Forest Homes Housing stock.

We are your representatives, but if you would like to be part of the Group that represents you, the Customer, and have a say in your future tenancy and that of Bracknell Forest Homes’ future come and join us, you would be most welcome.
