THE TENANTS PANEL WORKS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH BRACKNELL FOREST HOMES. Formally owned by Bracknell Forest Borough Council. Transfer of 5,600 homes to Bracknell Forest Homes took place on the 11th February 2008.
Customers of BFH now have an opportunity with new customer involvement policies in place to monitor the progress of services, and ensure the promises made in the Offer Document are fulfilled. There are many ways for tenants and leaseholders to have a say in how their homes are managed, ranging from informal get-togethers to formal meetings. We firmly believe that their views and suggestions should form the basis of any decisions which are made on their behalf.
We also welcome tenants and leaseholders from all sections of the community.
The Tenants Panel has a Committee of seventeen members, with area wide representation. The Panel are all non political volunteers and willingly give up their time to ensure all tenants get a better deal! We hope you enjoy visiting our site and find it interesting!
